Since December of ’04, Benchmark has been awarded the on-going contract with the Mayor’s Office of Housing/San Francisco to provide lead testing services for housing projects within the City.
City of San Jose – Housing
The City of San Jose offers a redevelopment option to qualifying residents for the purpose of renovating their homes. Any home built prior to 1979 within the city program is required to have a lead paint survey. Since 1998, Benchmark has been working with the City of San Jose on this program.
NASA – Ames/Moffett Field
Benchmark surveyed 118 buildings on the Moffett Field military base for the purpose of re-construction and/or demolition.
National Contract
Commercial inspections have included indoor air quality, mold, asbestos, lead, etc.
Sacramento Apartment Complex
Benchmark prepared a full tenant evacuation campaign that included the design and construction of an on-site decontamination chamber, a full mold investigation of each of the total 300 units, and prepared a project-wide specification for mold remediation. Benchmark’s cleaning protocol was endorsed by the State of California Department of Health Services.
